Now let us calculate the Number of Colour Coated sheets / PUF sheets required with an example.
Length of the structure- 26 feet.
Width of the structure- 18 feet.
Divide the width of the structure by the Net width of the sheet.
Eg. Width of the structure-18 feet.
Net width of the sheet-3.25 = 5.53 sheets rounded to 6 sheets.
Number of sheets required is 26feet length x 6 sheets.
This formula is applicable for all types of sheets.
If you are joining the length of the sheet, here too one feet extra length of each sheet is to be taken for overlapping.
